White Wines

·       Leonard Kreusch Riesling

This Riesling is golden straw in color, with green apple, honeycomb, and grapefruit rind aromas. A crisp, round entry leads dry-yet-fruity medium body of golden raisin, yellow apple, and candied grapefruit peels. Finishes with crisp, powdery fruit tannin fade.

·       Black Tower Rivaner

 

Harvested from vineyards situated on the rolling hills of Rheinhessen, Rivaner grapes are gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures, then carefully blended to obtain the perfect balance of aromatic fruit flavors and freshness.

·       Barefoot Pinot Grigio

 

As refreshing as an ocean breeze, Barefoot Pinot Grigio is light-bodied, elegant and flavorful. Tart green apple flavors harmonize with notes of luscious white peach, floral blossom, and citrus.

 

·       Kendall-Jackson Chardonnay

Layered aromas of green apples, peaches, honey and vanilla balance flavors of baked apples, lemon, pineapple and mango. A hint of spiced nuts and a suggestion of toasted oak round out the lingering finish.

·       Mondavi Chardonnay

This engaging wine opens with a broad array of aromas, including poached pear, peach and other white fruits, with underlying hints of coconut, crème brule and smoke.

 

Red Wines

·       Kendall-Jackson Cabernet Sauvignon

Kendall-Jackson Cabernet Sauvignon opens with deep black cherry, blackberry and cassis flavors. Intense, round and well-structured tannins provide a strong backbone throughout the middle. Cedar and vanilla notes linger on the finish, beckoning another sip.

·       Yellow Tail Shiraz

Yellow Tail Shiraz bounds forward from the glass with berry and smooth vanilla aromas. Subdued earthy tones with soft ripe sweetness are displayed in perfect harmony with fine tannins.

•  Red Diamond Cabernet Sauvignon

Aromas of black cherry, blackberries, liqueur and hints of tobacco and smoke precede a rich, silky palate of cherry, chocolate and black fruits with a touch of toasty oak on the finish.

·       Canyon Road Merlot

Plum and black cherry aromas lie at the center of a richly fruity bouquet that is complemented by slight oak and vanilla notes. The palate is soft, approachable and fruity, making this wine a great choice for all occasions and meals.

·       Fetzer Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir offers fresh cherry, blueberry, strawberry and cranberry fruit flavors accented with cinnamon and vanilla oak spice characters. The mid-palate has a silky texture and balanced tannins that lead into a fruity and earthy finish.

·       Straccali Chianti

Ruby red. Deliciously fruity, with wonderful strawberry and cherry flavors. Intense and persistent violet notes mingle with cherry. Well-structured with a firm, polished finish.

Sparkling Wine and Champagne

·       Martini and Rossi Asti Sparkling Wine

Bright platinum hue. Medium-bodied. Full acidity. Subtly extracted. Tropical fruits, toast. Extremely crisp in style with a bracing edge. A sweet, sparkling wine with a light, fruity taste. Very clean through the finish with fairly well-defined Moscato flavors.

·       Great Western Extra Dry

Very pale straw with a platinum cast. Moderately light-bodied. Moderately extracted. Bright floral aromas lead sweet, vaguely tropical fruit flavors that expand on the palate though a simple finish.
